The Mind’s Eye Society utilizes newsletters as another way to deliver information to club members. Newsletters can be found on the local, regional and national levels.
The coordinator who wishes to have a newsletter requests that interested individuals send a resume stating their desire to hold the position as well as any relevant experience. Once chosen the editor will work with the coordinator to decide how often the newsletter should go out, how it will be delivered and what the basic content will be.

Some of the things that are often featured in a newsletter are:

IC (in character) information
OOC (out of character information)
Costuming suggestions
Artwork submitted by members
Photos submitted by members
Stories and poems submitted by members
Information from the regional and national level
